Terms & Conditions

 The chef will arrive 2-3 hours before the serving time, set up the scenario to cook on the site of your events, our chefs will cook for you with fresh ingredients, and they will serve the Paellas portion and the client will serve his/her salad and bread. We will serve according to the time agreed on the bill. Our cooks will not make any recipe or platter other than our own or any other food that hasn’t been agreed upon previously, and it’s already in our invoice. After the serving time the chef will be there an hour, but if the client needs more time an additional charge of $50.00 for each hour (by each chef) will be applicable. (If the chef doesn’t have another event).
 On the day of the contract, you will pay 40% of the total amount of the event. You will have up to 7 days before the event to cancel it without cost, after that time, it will not be refundable if you cancel it later. The total cost of the event must be paid 3 days before the service. We will include 7% of taxes to the total payment. Tips for our Chefs aren’t included in the invoice.
 El Paellero Gozon, LLC will not be responsible in case of allergic reactions to food in you or your guest, or any other medical condition that may arise from the consumption of raw or undercooked meats, poultry, fish, shellfish, eggs, or non-milk pasteurized products.
 We would advise you don’t place drinks near the cooking area, to avoid guest traffic walking all the time. We are not responsible for accidents caused by the guests of the event, with our kitchen equipment. We are not responsible for children who must be taken care all the time by their parents.
 We are not responsible for moving patio furniture or any other items to accommodate our work area. For food preparation, I agree to provide a shelter in the shade in case of rain and protection from the sun. The shelter must have open sides.
 We exhort the client or person, responsible to read the terms of the quote/invoice, to review all details pertinent to the service noted. The service will include only what is stated.

We charge $50.00 per chef to go to the parties, and $1.00 per mile if the party is outside Miami-Dade.

FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

EPG: We recommend you, that as soon as you have the dates for your event.  Preferably weekdays, because on weekends we are busy with other events. 

EPG: Depending on the size of the order and type of food. The chef will arrive 2:00 or 3:00 hrs earlier.

EPG: All our paellas will include  salad and bread , the interactive chef show. It does not include tips , dinnerware, utensils, etc. 

EPG: No, each guest will go to the chef table and he/she will serve a portion of paella with salad and bread. Once all are served according to the agreed time, the chef will be half an hour more and will dismantle the service. If the client needs additional time it will be $50 per hr per additional chef in case the chef has no other commitments.

EPG: You have up to a week before the event to cancel and your deposit will be returned. after this date the fee will be lost because your reservation will make us miss any other potential clients.

EPG: Events outside the Miami-Dade area include an additional cost to travel of $1.00 per one-way mile.

EPG: The customer is the responsible to provide us  tent or shelter for the sun, rain or any other weather condition.
